Processing Time
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. Most items are ready to ship within 1-2 weeks. For details, please contact us.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Lost Items/Damages
We are not responsible for items that are lost by the post office. If you do not receive your item in a timely manner, please use the tracking number sent to you in your shipping confirmation e-mail and contact your postal service. If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, we do offer replacements within 3 days of receiving your product. If you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving your broken item, we will not ship out a replacement item.

Pick-Up
We do offer a Pick-Up shipping option. We are located in Chelsea, AL. Your order can be picked up at our Studio, located at 221 Kings Home Drive, Chelsea, AL, 35043, open Monday-Friday, 9AM-3PM.
